Ben Heikali
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Ben Heikali is a co-founder of Treehouse Law and one of the firm’s Managing Partners. Ben is an experienced litigator who handles complex consumer class actions, and has devoted his entire legal career to representing consumers challenging fraudulent sales and marketing practices. Ben’s persistence, work ethic, and creativity are his biggest assets.
Ruhandy Glezakos
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Ruhandy Glezakos is a co-founding Partner of Treehouse Law and a member of the firm’s consumer protection team. Ruhandy is dedicated to challenging false advertising and unfair business practices, taking on some of the nation’s largest companies. Ruhandy has litigated numerous consumer class actions against companies such as Nintendo, Apple, Subaru, Robinhood, Folgers, and KIND Snacks. This has made him an experienced litigator and taught him the importance of being a passionate and aggressive advocate for his clients. Ruhandy also makes it a point to work collaboratively with his clients, prioritizing their needs and interests, and maintaining an open line of communication. As a result of his dedicated work, he has been able to recover millions of dollars on behalf of consumers across the nation.
Joshua Nassir
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Joshua Nassir is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Treehouse Law. From the start of his career, Joshua has dedicated his practice to returning money back into the pockets of consumers. Joshua’s commitment towards consumer advocacy began during his time serving the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the Central District of California, where Joshua was exposed to his first consumer false advertising lawsuit. At the time, the case was different than what Joshua was normally exposed to in Court, as it implicated millions of people across the country, as opposed to the ordinary business or personal dispute.
Joseph Hakakian
Of Counsel
Joseph is an experienced litigator who has returned tens of millions of dollars back to consumers and employees. Joseph has successfully litigated numerous class actions against companies such as Nespresso, Disney, ULTA, Whole Foods, McDonald’s, Burger King, Door Dash, Mars, Inc., BevMo, Panera Bread, and Kate Spade.

Kate Phillips
Associate Attorney
Kate Phillips is an associate attorney at Treehouse Law and a graduate from UCLA School of Law. Kate has long been committed to advocating for consumers and has always demonstrated a desire to give back to her community. Before joining Treehouse Law, Kate worked for several organizations dedicated to protecting civil rights, volunteered with UCLA Law’s immigration rights clinic, and served as an editor for UCLA’s criminal justice law review.
Nicole Babaknia
Of Counsel
Nicole Babaknia is an attorney on the consumer class action team at Treehouse Law and a graduate of UC Irvine Law. Her unique experiences practicing as both a litigator and corporate transactional attorney prior to joining the Treehouse Law team gives her an edge when representing plaintiffs on complex negotiations and lawsuits with both smaller and larger corporations.
Steven A. Urenda
Of Counsel
Steven A. Urenda is an attorney at Treehouse Law, LLP working with the consumer protection team. Prior to joining Treehouse, Steven was a Senior Associate at a premier law firm in Los Angeles, California, practicing primarily in litigation and administration matters.
