Laurel is an Associate Attorney at Treehouse Law and a graduate of UCLA School of Law. Before joining Treehouse Law, Laurel worked at a mass tort law firm to aid victims of fire disasters, and served on the board of UCLA’s Real Estate Law Association. As a double Bruin, Laurel graduated Summa Cum Laude with her bachelor’s degree and attended law school on academic scholarship.
Before her legal career, Laurel graced prestigious stages as a professional ballet dancer, performing with Ballet West at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. and with Semperoper Ballet in Dresden, Germany. Through her membership in the American Guild of Musical Artists, Laurel gained invaluable insight into union advocacy and the protection of members’ rights. This exposure piqued her interest in law and eventually led to her pursuing a Juris Doctor degree.
At Treehouse Law, Laurel channels her passion for consumer protection into action, focusing on combating misleading marketing practices and holding companies accountable for unlawful conduct. She brings a distinctive blend of artistic discipline and legal acumen to her practice, making significant contributions to cases spanning diverse industries including cosmetic and personal care products, dietary supplements, food and beverages, and household goods.
