Jessica Babaknia is an Associate Attorney at Treehouse Law and a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as a Senior Technical Editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. Jessica also worked in Loyola’s Collaborative Family Law Clinic, guiding clients through mediation and helping resolve disputes through structured, interest-based negotiation.
Before law school, Jessica earned her Master’s in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Tel Aviv University, where she focused on negotiation theory and cross-cultural dispute resolution. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis.
Jessica began her professional career at the United Nations, contributing to human-rights and policy initiatives. She later expanded her legal training at an employment-law firm, conducting internal investigations into discrimination and Title IX matters.
At Treehouse Law, Jessica draws on her background in mediation, policy analysis, and investigative work to advocate for consumers in false-advertising and consumer-protection class actions.
